How important are skins to you? I am always surprised when I get a support screen shot in the Cheese Pirates theme. We had originally planned to create more skins, or let specific players who demonstrated good graphical skills create some. I had thought this could be a revenue option for us to sell custom skins, but now I think the pain of managing an evolving catalog of skins is not worth the effort for the small revenue. Maybe we could do something where I let approved players create a skin and anyone who is a subscriber can use any skin they want? Then I don't need to create an entirely new checkout process.
Does anyone even care about Skins? The plumbing is there already. It was needed for the Cheese Pirates theme. Should I bother to take the time to build a player back-end to manage a skin?
